Kelly Ray McIntosh, 65, of Versailles, husband of Phyllis McIntosh, died Thursday, April 28, 2016. Born Nov. 4, 1950, in Hazard, he was the son of the late Johnny McIntosh and Geneva Turner McIntosh. He was the owner and operator of Hometech Drywall and Service First Insulation. He was a member of Versailles Church of God. In addition to his wife, he is survived by seven children, Kelly McIntosh Jr., Hazard, Lisa (Duncan) McDonald, Versailles, Johnny McIntosh, Hazard, Steven McIntosh, Jenkins, Michelle Williams, Ohio, Joseph (Tammy) McIntosh, Tennessee, and Brian Cooper, Tennessee; two sisters, Faye (Lloyd) Evans and Jallie (Coy) Caudill, both of Frankfort; 14 grandchildren, Nichole Whitaker, Kayla McIntosh, Josh McIntosh, Britany McIntosh, Shelby Rae McDonald, Caleb McIntosh, Courtney RaeAnn McIntosh, Kaelah Williams, Colten McIntosh, Elijah McIntosh, Bailey Cooper, Bryson Cooper, Olivia McIntosh and Harmony McIntosh; and four great-grandchildren, Aiden Neal, Easton McIntosh, Melaha Neal, and Savannah Spencer Whitaker. Seven siblings, Clay McIntosh, Charles Paul McIntosh, Jerry McIntosh, Linda Turner, Mary Elizabeth Garrison, Lillie Combs, and RuthAnn McIntosh; and a grandson, Dakota Langmack, are deceased. Services were conducted Saturday, April 30, at Clark Legacy Center, Frankfort, by Bro. Frank Layne and Bro. Ned Turner. Burial was in the Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery, Dunnville. Casket bearers were Bill Lane, Kelly McIntosh Jr., Steven McIntosh, Joseph McIntosh, Josh McIntosh, Caleb McIntosh, Colten McIntosh, and Elijah McIntosh.
