Harry Edward Phillips Sr., 85, husband of Bettye Phillips and father of Skip Phillips, died Monday, Sept. 19, 2016. Services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. today, Thursday, Sept. 22, at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home, 3421 Harrodsburg Road, Lexington. Burial will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Rest Haven Cemetery, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville.
