Carter Leo Combs, 82, of Indianapolis, Ind., husband of Stella Mae Combs, died Friday, Aug. 25, 2017. Born in Stanton, he was the son of the late Audney and Verta Combs. He enjoyed traveling and coin collecting. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Brad (Vivian) Combs; a daughter, Dawn Combs; and four grandchildren, Bradley Johnson, Aros Franck, Donald Leo Combs, and Chloe Combs. No services are scheduled. Simplicity Funeral and Cremation Care, Indianapolis, is in charge of arrangements.
