Joe Frank Levi, 75, died Sunday, Feb. 25, 2018.
Born on June 13, 1942, in Scott County, he was the son of the late Eugene and Burnice Smith Levi. He worked as a truck driver for Fast Food Merchandise and was a veteran with the U.S. Marine Reserves. He was a member of the American Legion Post 67, Wheels of Time Car Club in Lawrenceburg, and Old Classic Car Club in Cynthiana.
In addition to his wife, Barbara J. Levi, Versailles; he is survived by a daughter, Michele (Scott) Simpson, Versailles; two sons, Allen (Margaret) Levi, Danville, and Chad Levi, Frankfort; two sisters, Billie Bradford, and Judy Hill, both of Cynthiana; six brothers, Tom Levi, Jimmy Levi, Terry Levi, all of Cynthiana; Charlie Levi, Indiana; Tim Levi, and David Levi, both of Cynthiana; and six grandchildren, Brandi Levi, Eleanor Levi, Madison Joest, Kyla Simpson, Trenton Simpson, and C.J. Simpson
Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, March 2, at Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from5 until 8 p.m. today, Thursday, March 1, at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Legion Post 67 or the Woodford County Humane Society.
