Katherine Wilder Hicks, 71, died August 28, 2018.
Born on March 28, 1947, in Lexington, she was the daughter of Robert W. Hicks III and Niesje Wilder (Spragens) Hicks.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by a sister, Sara N. Hicks; two children, Robert (Angela) E. Faesy III and Jenny (Scott) G. Daugherty; and four grandchildren, Jacob, Lauren, Caroline and Evelyn. She was interred in the Midway Cemetery in a private ceremony.
