Daniel “Danny” Clifford Spinks, 48, died Sunday, Oct. 7, 2018.
Born on Dec. 30, 1969, in South Williamson, he was the son of Margaret Spinks and the late Ralph Spinks. He was retired from the U.S. Navy and a member of Forks of Elkhorn Baptist Church. He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans and a member of the American Legion Post 200.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a son, Sam Spinks, Midway; and four siblings, Jan Williamson, Liberty; Kathryn Knoll, Tennessee; Dennis Spinks, Perryville; and Jennifer Billiter, Richmond.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 12, at Forks of Elkhorn Baptist Church, by the Rev. Todd Lester. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today, Thursday, Oct. 11, at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to God’s Pantry.
