Shirley Ward Singleton, 73, died Friday, March 15, 2019. Born on July 18, 1945, in Woodford County, she was the daughter of the late Hobart and Ludie Purvis Ward. She retired from Southern Railroad and attended church at Hartland Hills. She is survived by a brother, Donnie Ward, Lexington; and three nieces, Dawn Doll, Kimberly McCullough and Malinda Ward. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Ronnie Ward. A graveside service was held Monday, March 18, at Midway Cemetery.
