Patricia Johnson Wilson, 91, widow of Charles Schade Wilson, died Tuesday, July 28, 2020, at Homeplace of Midway. Born on Sept. 10, 1928, in Marion, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Ira and Bernice Boyers Johnson. She was a 1946 graduate from Angola High School in Indiana, and was a 1947 graduate of Midway Junior College, and a longtime member of Midway Christian Church, where she was a Sunday school teacher. She was a member of Lorimer Circle, a deacon, and member of Missions Committee. She retired as Administration Secretary for U.S. Magistrate-Judge United States District Court in 1994. She was a member of Woodford Community Chorus and Sweet Adeline Chorus. She is survived by four children, Diana (John) Geddes, Frankfort; Anne (James) Bush, Georgia; Terry (John) Wilson, Frankfort; and Chuck (Pattie) Wilson, Versailles; eight grandchildren, Brad (Jen) Arnold, Colorado; Amy Arnold, Lexington; Michael (Brett) Stewart; Johnny (Brittney) Wilson, both of Frankfort; Charlie (Saree) Wilson, Nicholasville; Willie (Kimberly) Wilson, Lexington; Bobbie (Melissa) Wilson; and Thomie Wilson (Morgan), both of Midway; and 11 great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Esther Phillians. A private graveside service was held at Midway Cemetery.
