Donna Faye Akins Turley, 49, died Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2020, at University of Kentucky Medical Center, Lexington.
She was born on April 12, 1971 in Lexington. She was employed by Taylor Manor Nursing Home in Versailles
Survivors include a daughter, Katelin (Kevin) Kestel, Versailles; a sister, Sherry (Jason) Akins Smith, Harrodsburg; an aunt, Rita Stephens; Michael Turley, Versailles; and Butch and Wanda Turley, Versailles.
A private memorial service was held Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2021, at Blackburn & Ward Funeral Home. Burial followed in Versailles Cemetery. Blackburn & Ward Funeral Home was entrusted with the service arrangements.
