Edna Kelley White, 88, widow of Jack White, died Sunday, Jan. 3, 2021.
Born on Sept. 13, 1932, in Madison County, she was the daughter of the late Cassius and Mattie Bowlar Kelley. She was a member of Forks of Elkhorn Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Carol (Gary) McDonald, Versailles; a son, Bob (Shirley) White, Versailles; a stepdaughter, Sue Metts, Louisville; a sister, Viola Markwell, Versailles; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and special caregivers, Debbie Rice and Jo Ann Owens.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. today, Thursday, Jan. 7, at Rose Crest Cemetery, Versailles, by the Reverend Todd Lester. Casket bearers will be Loren Carl, Gary McDonald, Ronald Owens, Adam McDonald, Dillion Richardson and Barry Rice.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Forks of Elkhorn Baptist Church.
