Elizabeth Ann Farris, 23, died Saturday, Jan. 30, 2021, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.
She was born on Nov. 16, 1997 to Jimmy Dale Farris Jr. and Sarah Elizabeth Melton Farris.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her grandparents, Steve and Marilyn Melton, Lexington; Pam and Bill Dale, Versailles; and Patricia Jones, Lexington; step-grandmother, Deborah Helton, Nicholasville; great-grandmothers, Wilma Kelsey, Lexington; and Ouida Dale, Versailles, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Jimmy Farris Sr.
A private service will be held Saturday, Feb. 6, at St. Leo Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Rose Crest Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 6, at the church. Due to government mandates, those attending services must wear proper facial covering and follow social distancing guidelines.
