Viola Rose Westerhold, 74, wife of Russell Westerhold, died Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2021.
Born on March 7, 1946, in Louisville, she was the daughter the late Charlie and Mary Winkle. She was a former employee of YH America.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Kathy (Rick) Panico, Lawrenceburg; four grandchildren, Kassandra Cox, Lexington, Charlie (Brittany) Cox, Versailles, Christopher Panico and Michael Winkle, both of Lexington; and four great-grandchildren, Kylie Rose Cummins, Keegan Wayne Lewis, both of Lexington; Grayson Klem Cox and Kennedy Grace Cox, both of Versailles. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four children, James Michael Winkle, Joseph Allen Devers, Mary Lynn Winkle and Karen Denise Winkle.
A memorial service was held Monday, Feb. 8, at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Road.
