Justin Ray Amosson, 31, died Monday, Oct. 11, 2021, at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Born on Aug. 25, 1990, in Lexington, he was the son of Jerry Ray Amosson and Valerie Jean Collins. He was a manager for several years at the Versailles Subway.
Survivors include a daughter, Layla Rae Amosson, Versailles; mother, Valerie Jean Collins, Lexington; father, Jerry Ray Amosson, Versailles; a sister, Ashley Jean Amosson, Versailles; grandmothers, Margaret Amosson, Versailles; Diane Hardy, Lexington; and Sandra Collins, Nicholasville.
Services were conducted Saturday, Oct. 16, at Blackburn & Ward Funeral Home. Pallbearers were Dylan Amosson, Mike Amosson, Joseph Collins, Tyler Bryant, Chase Ratliff, Ricky Wolfenbarger, Dale Collins and Sherman Cole. Burial followed in Rose Crest Cemetery.
