Earl “Sonny” Thomas Boyd II, 58, died Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2022, at his home.
Born on March 29, 1963, in Versailles, he was the son of the late Earl Thomas and Nettie Viola Tate Boyd. He did maintenance for Taylor Manor Nursing Home and was a member of Living Grace Church in Versailles.
Survivors include two sisters, Susie ( James) Bates, Versailles; and Mary Rose Boyd, Frankfort; a niece, Samantha Bates, Versailles; and two nephews, Kenny Bates, Versailles; and Chris Boyd, Lexington. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Florence Jane Boyd.
