Joan S. Bauer, 91, widow of Russell Raymond Bauer, died Monday, Dec. 5, 2022, at her home in Versailles.
Born on March 14, 1931, in Cleveland, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late James Francis and Wilhelmenia Basel Slowey. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Mercy College in Detroit, Michigan, and was a member of St. Leo Catholic Church.
