Chesley E. Nell, husband of Pamela Nell, died Thursday, April 27, 2023.
Born on Sept. 19, 1940, in Gradyville, he was the son of the late Woodson and Elizabeth Nell. He attended Adair County High School and Lindsey Wilson College in Columbia. He graduated from Western Kentucky University. He retired from a career in the USDA Rural Development Agency as district director.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, May 18, at the Blackburn & Ward Funeral Home.
