Carolyn Sue (Mullins) Crouch died Jan 4, 2026, at Saint Joseph Hospital. She was born in 1946 to William Mullins and Clara Garrard. Carolyn was married to her husband, Larry Crouch, for 60 years. She was a 1964 graduate of Woodford County High School.
Carolyn is survived by her husband, Larry Crouch; son, Stephen Crouch; daughter, Jaime (Billy) Cheek; grandchildren, Blakeley Cheek, Austin (Harlee) Cheek, Katelyn Cheek and Easton Cheek; great-grandchildren, Harper Allgeier, Brantley Cheek and Clayton Cheek; and siblings, William (Beverly) Mullins, Shirley Convey (Garland) Hall, Elizabeth DeBell and Michael (Linda) Mullins.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, her father and mother-in-law, Arvil and Kay Crouch, and a brother, David Mullins.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 12, at Blackburn & Ward Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m., officiated by Rev. Nick Green. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers are Jonathan Mullins, Patrick Bowman, Stuart Jones, Billy Stamper, Harold Canter and Jason Stamper.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to be made to the Woodford County Library.
