Joshua “Josh” Lee Evans, 46, died Wednesday, June 24, 2026. He was born Jan. 1, 1980, in Lexington, Kentucky. He was the son of Frank Junior Evans and the late Charlotte Quinlan Evans.
Josh is survived by his father, Frank Junior Evans; sister, Beth Franklin Evans Manley (Timothy), Versailles; Glenda Dlena Brookshire (Michael), Powell County; brother, Jerry Prive, Versailles; his best friend, Kingston Gillis; several nieces and nephews, including Andrew Manley and Micah Manley; and several cousins.
In addition to his mother, Josh was preceded in death by his brother, David Prive, and niece, Meredith Manley.
Funeral services were conducted at 1 p.m. on July 1 at Blackburn & Ward Funeral Home.
