Russell Dell Foley, 80, died Jan. 17, 2026. He was born in Mercer County, Kentucky, on Nov. 7, 1945, to the late Layton and Mary Kirkland Foley.
Russell is survived by his wife, Josephine JoAnn Foley; children, Russell O. Foley, Kevin Foley, Libby Suter, Tammy Foley and Diana Woodrum; nine grandchildren; and 11 great- grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Russell is preceded in death by a daughter, Tina Jo Foley; brother, Clarence Foley; and sisters, Delores Ann Lippert and Judy Dale Lay.
