Jesus “Chuy” Disciplina Juarez of Versailles died Nov. 5, 2025, in Lexington, Kentucky. He was born Aug. 26, 1987, to the late Catarino Disciplina Trejo and Margarita Juarez Gomez of Hidalgo, Mexico.
Jesus grew up in his hometown of Tecozautla, Mexico, and later traveled to America, where he worked as a farmer for over 20 years, raising cattle and tobacco.
Jesus is survived his wife, Tiffany Disciplina; his four children, Jasmine, Lexington, Ky., Juan, Ebony and Victor, of Edinburg, Texas; his younger brother, Benigno (Borrego) Disciplina Juarez, Versailles; two sisters of Hidalgo, Mexico; and nine nephews, including Ian Josue Disciplina Delgado, Jadiel Osiel Disciplina Delgado and Emiliano David Disciplina Delgado, of Versailles. Jesus also leaves behind three goddaughters, Selina, Nicole and Kendra Disciplina; as well as his compadres, Ana Disciplina and Hugo Cruz; his uncles, Alex and Antonio; and a great host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
In addition to his parents, Catarino and Margarita, he was also preceded in death by his mother-in-law, “Momma Nancy.”
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, Nov. 11, at 1 p.m. at Blackburn and Ward, with Pastor Bill Nipp and Rafael Nunez officiating. His final service will be held at a later date in his hometown.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to his wife, Tiffany Disciplina, and brother, Borrego, to go toward travel expenses as they lay him to rest.
