Charles E. Risner, 78, husband of Margaret Coyle Risner, died Sunday, May 5, 2019. Born on Oct. 29, 1940, in Wolfe County, he was the son of the late Charles Patrick and Nettie Phipps Risner. In addition to his wife Margaret, he is survived by four sons, Tom Richie, Lawrenceburg; Steve Richie, Lexington; Rick Risner, Versailles; and Patrick Risner, Harrodsburg; two sisters, Doris Jean Connor and Ruth Hall, both of Ohio; two brothers, Glen Risner, Warsaw; and Vaughn Risner, Lexington; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Services were held Wednesday, May 8, at Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill, Versailles, by the Rev. Toy Hancock. Pallbearers were Tom Richie, Justin Richie, Steven Richie, Eric Richie, Doug Coyle and Marvin Johnson. Burial followed at Rose Crest Cemetery, Versailles.
